    To uninstall your copy of Unified and the SQL Server it came with, simply remove the following programs from the Add/Remove Programs or Programs & Features Menu in your Control Pane in this EXACT ORDER.1. UNIFIED2. MICROSOFT SQL SERVER3. MICROSOFT NATIVE CLIENT4. MICROSOFT SQL SERVER SETUP SUPPORT FILES5. MICROSOFT SQL SERVER VSS WRITER

    To reinstall a newer version of Unified on your machine or to correctinstallation errors such as: "Cannot open the database "Unified" requested by the login. The login failed. Login failed for user"sa". 1. UNINSTALL UNIFIED2. LOCATE AND DELETE THESE TWO FILESC:\Program Files\Microsoft SQL Server\MSSQL1\Data\Unified\Unified_logC:\Program Files\Microsoft SQL Server\MSSQL1\Data\Unified\Unified_log3. REINSTALL UNIFIED and let it restore the database.

    ERROR: A network-related or instance-specific error occured while establishing a connection to SQL Server.If you receive the error mentioned above it may be for one of these three reasons:1) You have a previous instance of SQL Server installed. - In this case try to: A - LOCATE AND DELETE THESE TWO FILESC:\Program Files\Microsoft SQL Server\MSSQL1\Data\Unified\Unified_logC:\Program Files\Microsoft SQL Server\MSSQL1\Data\Unified\Unified_log3. B- ONCE YOU HAVE DELETED THESE FILES, RESTART THE APPLICATION and allow it to RESTORE THE DATABASE.2) You are running Windows XP on a 64Bit Platform. Unified currently only supports 32bit Machines.3) You are running Windows Vista which does not support Unified yet.
