    To uninstall your copy of Unified and the SQL Server it came with, simply remove the following programs from the Add/Remove Programs or Programs & Features Menu in your Control Pane in this EXACT ORDER.1. UNIFIED2. MICROSOFT SQL SERVER3. MICROSOFT NATIVE CLIENT4. MICROSOFT SQL SERVER SETUP SUPPORT FILES5. MICROSOFT SQL SERVER VSS WRITER

    To reinstall a newer version of Unified on your machine or to correctinstallation errors such as: "Cannot open the database "Unified" requested by the login. The login failed. Login failed for user"sa". 1. UNINSTALL UNIFIED2. LOCATE AND DELETE THESE TWO FILESC:\Program Files\Microsoft SQL Server\MSSQL1\Data\Unified\Unified_logC:\Program Files\Microsoft SQL Server\MSSQL1\Data\Unified\Unified_log3. REINSTALL UNIFIED and let it restore the database.

B- ONCE YOU HAVE DELETED THESE FILES, RESTART THE APPLICATION and allow it to RESTORE THE DATABASE.2) You are running Windows XP on a 64Bit Platform. Unified currently only supports 32bit Machines.3) You are running Windows Vista which does not support Unified yet.

  • Label Printing


    You can choose to Print Labels for a group of files or just for Records you have Marked For Printing by selecting from the Print Option group on the Tools Menu. Always Save after marking a specific label for printing.

    You must have Microsoft Office Applications such as Word and Excel and Outlook 2003 or later to fully enjoy the breadth of features in Unified Home Edition. Outlook Express is not compatible with Unified, however, you may drag and drop email messages to and from Outlook Express with Unified.

  • Unified Browser and Notepad Forum


    Unified's built in Browser and "Take Note" notepad may be used to browse, take notes cut and paste research from the browser into the notepad. Unified does not offer "New Tabs" but allows you to navigate back and forth between pages, save web pages, pop the browser out, and recognizes your home page.

  • Sample Folder Templates


    Unified Home Edition does not come with a set of sample electronic folders, but you can request one from support@unifiedecm.com and they'll send you either a .ZIP or .RAR which you can then import and base your folder structure on.
